Exchange of one cryptocurrency for another.
Exchange of cryptocurrency for fiat money and vice versa.

The Service strives to provide round-the-clock access but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and bears no liability for downtime caused by technical failures or force-majeure circumstances.

 3. Registration and Verification

3.1. Registration
To access the full range of services, the User must complete registration and provide accurate information.
3.2. Verification
To comply with KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies, the Service may request additional documents to verify the User’s identity and source of funds.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

4.1. Rights of the Service
Suspend or terminate services to a User who violates these Terms.
Request additional information and documents under KYC/AML procedures.
4.2. Obligations of the Service
Ensure the security and confidentiality of User data.
Provide up-to-date information on exchange rates and fees.
4.3. Rights of the User
Use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
Receive information on the status of their transactions.
4.4. Obligations of the User
Provide truthful information during registration and verification.
Refrain from using the Service for illegal activities.
Comply with these Terms and applicable law.

5. Financial Conditions
5.1. Fees
The Service charges fees as listed on the relevant page of the website and may change them with notice to Users.
5.2. Exchange Rates
Rates are set by the Service based on market data and may change in real time. The User agrees to the rate displayed at the moment the transaction is executed.

6. Liability of the Parties
6.1. Service Liability Limitation
The Service is not liable for losses incurred by the User due to:
Unlawful actions of third parties;
The User’s breach of these Terms;
Technical failures beyond the Service’s control.

6.2. User Liability
The User is fully responsible for safeguarding account credentials and must not disclose them to third parties. In the event of loss, the User must immediately notify the Service.
